Visit to an organic livestock farm in the countryside of Bernalda (MT) where, in addition to several farmyard animals, sheep and goats are raised and milk is transformed in the dairy.
Visitors will be able to follow the grazing animals for a while, observe the flocking and its management, participate with their hands in certain cheesemaking operations (making mozzarella, cheese, ricotta and the typical Bernese Cacioricotta cheese).
