Experiential gastronomic-cultural journey through the true flavors that “tastefully” tell the thousand-year history of the territory of Matera. The schedule includes a laboratory of the baked, salty and sweet IGP bread of Matera, then a visit to a 17th century cellar, dug out of the Sassi rock and expertly restored by the Radino family, to taste the best local DOC wines; finally a visit to MOOM (the Matera Olive Oil Museum), with a final tasting of the oil produced by the San Francesco oil mill of the Montemurro family.
