For the taralli (Donuts)
500gr flour
5 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 small glass of aniseed flavoured liqueur
For the Naspro
250 ml water
500 gr sugar
Metapontino lemon juice and zest

Making a well in the centre of the flour, add eggs, sugar, salt and liqueur. Mix everything until you obtain a smooth dough. With the dough, make the donuts and bake them at 180° until golden.
